FROM Rt. 46 GOING WEST or Rt. 23 GOING NORTH
1. Get onto Rt. 46 West (prior to Willowbrook Mall) and Exit onto "Rt. 23 North".
2. Go approximately 2 miles and Exit at "Rt. 202 South - Lincoln Park".
3. Make a Left at the end of the ramp and continue on Rt. 202 for 2.5 miles to the center of Lincoln Park.
4. Continue straight past the AC DELCO Gas Station where the road changes from Boonton Tpk. To Beaver Brook Road.
5. Go 0.5 miles past the Shop Rite and over the RR tracks. Outwater is located on your right at 132 Beaver Brook Road.
FROM Rt. 287 GOING SOUTH or Rt. 23 GOING SOUTH
1. Going South on Rt. 287 Exit at 52-A "Rt. 23 South".
2. Continue South approximately 6 miles and Exit at "Rt. 202 South - Lincoln Park".
3. Proceed to the end of the ramp and road, and make a Left at the Stop Light.
4. Continue on Rt. 202 South for 2.2 miles to the center of Lincoln Park.
5. Continue straight past the AC DELCO Gas Station where the road changes from Boonton Tpk. To Beaver Brook Road.
6. Go 0.5 miles past the Shop Rite and over the RR tracks. Outwater is located on your right at 132 Beaver Brook Road.

ALTERNATIVE:
1. Going South on Rt. 287 Exit at 52-A "Riverdale-Wayne Rt. 23 South".
2. Continue South for a short distance and make a Right just before the 2nd Light. The sign says "511 South - Boulevard". Follow signs to "Boulevard".
3. Proceed 2 miles down the Boulevard and make a Right at "Jacksonville Road".
4. Proceed 0.7 mile and make a Left at the airport onto "Beaver Brook Road".
5. Proceed 1.5 miles down Beaver Brook Road to # 132. The building is on the left side. |
FROM Rt. 80 GOING EAST or Rt. 287 GOING NORTH
1. At the intersection of Rt. 80 and Rt. 287, proceed North on Rt. 287.
2. Continue 4.5 miles on Rt. 287 and take "Exit 47 - Montville/Lincoln Park".
3. Make a Left at the end of the ramp and proceed North on Rt. 202.
4. Continue 3.5 miles on Rt. 202 (road jogs to the right and left) to the center of Lincoln Park.
5. Make a Left at the AC DELCO Gas Station onto Beaver Brook Road.
6. Go 0.5 miles past the Shop Rite and over the RR tracks. Outwater is located on your right at 132 Beaver Brook Road.

ALTERNATIVE # 1:
1. Get off Rt. 80 Going East at "Exit 47 - Rt. 46".
2. Proceed on Rt. 46 for approximately 10 miles and Exit at "Rt. 23 North".
3. Go approximately 2 miles and Exit at "Rt. 202 South - Lincoln Park".
4. Make a Left at the end of the ramp and continue on Rt. 202 for 2.5 miles to the center of Lincoln Park.
5. Continue straight past the AC DELCO Gas Station where the road changes from Boonton Tpk. To Beaver Brook Road.
6. Go 0.5 miles past the Shop Rite and over the RR tracks. Outwater is located on your right at 132 Beaver Brook Road.
ALTERNATIVE # 2:
1. Get off Rt. 80 Going East at Exit 47 - Rt. 46 East.
2. Proceed on Rt. 46 for approximately 8 miles and Exit at "Two Bridges Road - Lincoln Park & Passaic Street".
3. Proceed to top of ramp and make a Left at the Stop Sign. Continue 0.6 miles and go over the small bridge to the Stop Sign.
4. Make a Left onto "Two Bridges Road" and follow signs to Lincoln Park.
5. Proceed 1.2 miles to a Stop Sign. Make a Left onto "Pine Brook Road" and proceed 1.2 miles to the light at the center of Lincoln Park. (At 0.9 miles, bear to the right where road changes to Chapel Hill Rd.)
6. Make a Left at the light (CVS Pharmacy) and continuestraight past the AC DELCO Gas Station where the road changes from Boonton Tpk. To Beaver Brook Road.
7. Go 0.5 miles past the Shop Rite and over the RR tracks. Outwater is located on your right at 132 Beaver Brook Road. |
FROM Rt. 80 GOING WEST
1. Take Exit 53 onto "Rt. 23 North - Butler".
2. Get off at the first exit "Rt. 202 South - Lincoln Park".
4. Make a Left at the end of the ramp and continue on Rt. 202 for 2.5 miles to the center of Lincoln Park.
5. Continue straight past the AC DELCO Gas Station where the road changes from Boonton Tpk. To Beaver Brook Road.
6. Go 0.5 miles past the Shop Rite and over the RR tracks. Outwater is located on your right at 132 Beaver Brook Road.

1. Take "Exit 52 - Lincoln Park" and stay to the Right around the ramp to the Stop Sign.
2. Make a Left and go 0.2 miles over the bridge to the Stop Sign.
3. Make a Left on "Two Bridges Road" and follow signs to Lincoln Park.
